- Arrange and schedule the various inspections that may be
needed on the property.
Handle any and all complications that occur throughout the buying process...from before the contract to after the close of escrow: thus, eliminating possible barriers for you.
Help you arrange for the closing. Be available when you sign the closing papers to answer any questions that you or the title officer might have.
Arrange for keys to be available for you on the date of possession.
